Spearheaded the comprehensive management of the lighting project for the Moon Hotel in Korea. In alignment with the brand’s positioning—”The Rhythm of Moonlight and Shadow”—the scope of work encompassed the detailed refinement of lighting schemes, the customization of bespoke fixtures, the integration of intelligent dimming systems, cross-border procurement, and on-site construction coordination with the Korean team. The project covered key areas ranging from the lobby’s central artistic centerpiece and guest room ambient lighting to corridor motion-sensor illumination and the banquet hall’s crystal chandelier systems; by maintaining rigorous control over both quality and schedule, we successfully crafted an interplay of light and shadow that harmoniously blends Korean elegance with contemporary sophistication.
