Warranty

1. Standard Warranty
All products are covered by a 3-year standard warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

2. Extended Warranty for Projects
Commercial project orders registered within 2 months of purchase are eligible for a 5-year extended warranty.

3. Coastal Collection Warranty
Products from our Coastal Lighting Collection are covered by a 10-year warranty, excluding integrated LEDs and drivers.

4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during transport, improper installation, misuse, or negligence

  • Environmental damage beyond product design (e.g., extreme humidity, coastal corrosion outside Coastal range)

  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or dismantling of products

5. Warranty Claim Process
To file a claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or contract)

  • Product model and serial number

  • Detailed description of the defect with photos or video evidence
    Our team will review and confirm the appropriate solution, including repair, replacement parts, or full replacement.


Returns

1. Authorization
All returns require prior approval and a Returns Number (RMA). Once authorized, products must be shipped back within 10 working days.

2. Condition of Goods
Returned products must be in resalable condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.

3. Costs

  • For returns due to product defects or quality issues, Qilux covers shipping costs.

  • For non-quality related returns (e.g., incorrect ordering, change of specification), shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be processed after returned goods are inspected and confirmed. If replacement stock is unavailable, we will provide an alternative solution or refund.


Exceptions

  • Custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • This policy does not affect customers’ statutory rights under applicable law.
