Refund and Returns Policy
At Qilux Lighting, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for our business customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned only with prior approval and a valid Returns Number (RMA).
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Products that have been installed, altered, or used
- Goods not in resalable condition
3. Return Procedure
- Contact our service team to request a Returns Number.
- Provide the order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once authorized, ship the product back within 10 working days.
- Returned goods will be inspected before approval for refund or exchange.
4. Costs and Responsibility
- For returns due to product defects or shipping errors, Qilux Lighting will cover return shipping costs.
- For returns due to non-quality reasons (e.g., incorrect ordering, change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued after inspection and confirmation that the return meets policy requirements.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method or to the customer’s account balance, depending on prior agreement.
- Please allow up to 10 business days after confirmation for refunds to be processed.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this during the return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
