Do your lamps comply with CE/UL certifications?
  • Yes, our products are certified with CE/UL/BSCI/UKCA
  • We all customize the models as per clients’ specifications. Based on the requirements, we can provide drawings for confirmation.

Yes, it’s possible to make different materials in different colors and sizes, all customized.

  • We can provide dimming as per client’ needs, like Dali dimming etc.
  • Samples are made after client confirm the drawings, it takes around 15days to finish the sample. Sample cost depends on specific models, some will need moulding cost.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  • For simple models, the MOQ is 200pcs. For some customized project, we can also make it several pieces.

  • After sample confirmed, the production lead time is around 20-25 days.
  • Yes we offer OEM&ODM services.
  • Yes, a sample confirmation is needed before production.
  • Yes, you can mix different models, during production, we will make it as per specific models.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • We generally do T/T 30%-50% downpayment, rest pay before shipping. For L/C or other payment methods, we can also discuss as per different orders.
  • Quotation is generally given without tax.
  • Our price is normally FOB, we can also do CIF.
  • Yes, based on different quantity, we will have specific discounts, also depends on the models.
  • Sample cost is normally not refundable, as during the sampling stage, we will cost on materials, mould and labor etc.

What shipping methods do you offer?
  • Shipping can be designated by client , or we can ship by air, sea etc.
  • Yes we can , and we also have the cooperated shipping agent.
  • It depends on the shipping method used, air shipping takes 3-5 days, sea shipping takes around 1 month.
  • Yes you can use your own forwarder, we can deliver the bulk to them.

  • Yes, we can quote shipping including customs clearance and provide the documents required.

Do your lamps come with a warranty? How long is it?
  • We can provide 2 years warranty .
  • Normally we will test the packaging before sending, if the goods are damaged after arrival, pls send the videos or images to us so we can arrange .
  • The installation manual comes with the products.
  • Yes you can purchase the spare parts seperately.
  • Yes, we provide full technical support for project orders, including product specifications, drawings, installation guidance and any documentation required for your projects.

  • Yes we have the product catalog in PDF for client to choose the models.

  • Yes we can customize the packaging as per different requirements, including label, hangtag, carton etc.

  • Yes we can add logo or brand on products and boxes.
  • Yes , our bulk production time is generally 20-25 days. The delivery time based on sample confirmation will not be delayed.
  • Yes, we can provide promotional display solutions such as display stands, sample boards, and showroom concepts to support your sales and marketing needs

Can you recommend lighting solutions based on project drawings?
  • Yes, we can provide lighting solutions based on your project drawings. Our team will review the plans and recommend suitable products to ensure the design meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.
  • We don’t provide full photometric simulation services in-house, but we can support with lighting recommendations, basic layouts, and technical data (such as IES/LDT files) for your designers to run the simulations.
  • The project orders normally deliver in one shipment.
  • Yes we can send technical staff to support for some large projects.
